Although the Asparagus Fern is part of the Lily Family, we still think it deserves a place with the ferns.

About Fern Bundle

Ferns are known as the divas of the plant world, and they live up to their names. The Maidenhair Fern, Asparagus Fern, and Silver Lady take a little extra care, but they are worth it. All three love the sun, so bright, indirect sunlight will keep them happy. Water them regularly, when the first 5 centimetres of soil is dry, and a regular mist to keep them happy. The Silver Lady fern will only want misted occasionally though.

All three prefer to be kept away from pets and children, so keep your little Pricklettes away as these ferns are toxic to them. The Asparagus Plumosus prefers a little more shade than its fern friends, so give it the dark corner it craves.

Our Prickle guides on each plant will help you pinpoint any issues with your Maidenhair Fern, Asparagus Fern, and Silver Lady.

At Prickle, we are always here to hear you! Send us your houseplant questions @Prickleplantsuk.
